1 – Check Your Insurance Provider
- Confirm if your insurance plan includes coverage for physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
- Review your policy documents or contact your insurance provider for specific details, such as limits, co-payments, or pre-approval requirements.
2 – Contact Galinus Center
- Reach out to our front desk team via WhatsApp or visit us in person to confirm if your insurance provider is part of our accepted network.
- Submit your Emirates ID and Insurance card for eligibility check.
- We can provide a list of insurance companies we work with and assist you with the necessary documentation.
3 – Obtain a Doctor’s Referral (Required)
- Many insurance providers require a referral (Medical Report) or prescription from a doctor i.e. Orthopedic or Neurology specialist for physiotherapy or rehabilitation services. Ensure you have this document ready if needed. Send us via WhatsApp
4 – Pre-Approval (applicable)
- For physio treatments, pre-approval from your insurance provider is necessary. Our team will assist you in submitting the required documentation. Once approved our team will notify you to schedule an appointment.
5 – Enjoy Cashless or Reimbursed Services
- If your insurance is part of our network, you may be eligible for cashless services.
- For out-of-network policies, we can provide detailed invoices for you to apply for reimbursement directly with your insurer.
